1. PRODUCTS DESIGN

2. PLASTIC PRODUCTION

After receiving Autocad (.DWG) or Corel (.CDR) drawing files and mold processing requirements on materials, thickness, quantity… and other requirements (if any). Our company staff will check the above requirements. After that, we will discuss with customers to plan the most optimal mold processing plan. This is a very important factor to ensure the best quality and the lowest price for processed products.

3. PRICE AND BOOKING

After detailed work, we calculate and optimize the cost, then send the customer to confirm, sign the contract and deposit 30% of the contract value.

4. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MOLDS

We carry out the design according to the agreed plan. We manufacture according to the Phong Nam – Sinhirose mold processing process. Using modern machinery with detailed and clear mold process to control the quality of each product

5. MUST TRIAL

With a plastic workshop system with 50 plastic injection molding machines from 20 to 850 tons, we are always ready to test molds to ensure product quality, promptly detect errors and fix them as quickly as possible before delivering them to customers. Customers can participate in the product testing process.

6. HANDLING US PRODUCTS

Deliver processed products on time and agreed quality, support shipping as required. Plastic products, if processed at Phong Nam – Sinhirose factory, will enjoy the best incentives.
